Conference: Interpreting Medical Images (IMI): epistemological, methodological, and hermeneutical perspectives on visual representations in the medical sciences

The conference will bring together philosophers of science and medicine, and scholars from related fields, to explore how medical images are produced, interpreted, validated, and integrated into scientific and clinical reasoning—with particular attention to the growing role of AI in diagnostics via images.
