Centre member Megan Blomfield is co-organising a panel on Justice in Climate Litigation at the MANCEPT Workshops in Political Theory (University of Manchester, September 2-4).
The panel will examine how litigation might be used as a tool in the pursuit of climate justice, new concerns of justice that are raised by such efforts, and how such concerns might be addressed. Full details here.
